Take Care of your Back

Julien Levy (FR)

If you sometimes suffer from back pain, this workshop is created for you! Yoga is a very effective antidote for relieving your back pain and taking care of your spine. I can speak from personal experience: suffering from a vertebral malformation, I have been living with low back pain since my childhood and yoga has really saved my back. During this workshop, I will share with you different yoga practises that provide great relief. We will learn how to look after our back on our mat but also in everyday life, we will do yoga poses beneficial for the spine and certain important muscles such as the psoas. We will also discover the influence of stress and feel how everything is connected in our body-mind. A great way to preserve their health capital!

Yin Yoga, Handpan & Singing Bowls

Sophie Serex (FR)

A true inward journey conveyed through sound and senses with gentle yin yoga poses, held for some time to allow for deep fascia and muscle release, paired with magical handpan music played by Julien Aslak Aho to carry you through this class. Savasana, our final posture, will be with the healing vibrations of singing bowls, to leave the class nourished and replenished on a deep internal level.
